Cancellation&Refund Policy

Any request for cancellation of orders once duly placed on the site, shall not be entertained. Gameskaart.com provides refund only in case of faulty and damaged software and hardware subject to the packaging and casing being returned in good condition.

In case of Software: Faulty and damaged software/cases must be returned within 14 days from the dispatch date. We do not cover faults caused by accident, neglect or misuse.

In case of Hardware: Damaged hardware must be returned within 14 days from the dispatch date. Please note that hardware must contain every component part (cables, memory sticks, warranty card etc.) for it to be accepted as a return.

Refunds will not be provided under any other circumstances. Please read the system requirements very carefully before making any purchases.

For faulty hardware please refer to the manufacturer's warranty and get in touch with their service centers The details have been provided below for ready use:-

The refund will be processed for the cancelled Order through the same mode of payment Eg: If the payment is made through Credit Card and the status is marked as cancelled, the amount would be refunded to the credit card's account.

For Credit card/Debit card mode of payment, refund processing time is 6-8 working days. For COD/cheque/DD mode of payment, refund-processing time is 15-20 working days. Cheque will be made as per Billing Name provided.

For items that were not delivered, refund will be processed only on confirmation that the product was not delivered to you and you choose to take a refund and are not interested in any other product.

For orders placed through gift certificates, refund would be provided in form of a new gift certificate for the same value.

Use of the Products

Items sold on this website are generally intended for normal domestic and consumer use and not for resale or commercial use.

You agree that the products are provided to you by way of a licence only and that any other use of the products may constitute a copyright infringement. We reserve the right to modify the usage rules for future purchases on the website at any time. However, such changes will not apply to products that you have already purchased. In the event you refuse to accept the new usage rules, you will no longer be able to acquire products from the website.

Pre-Orders

By pre-ordering products, you are authorising Gameskaart.com to automatically charge your account and deliver the product when it becomes available. You may cancel your pre-order prior to the time the item becomes available.

Trademark

The logo / image of Gameskaart.com on the home page of the website & other pages and as used in the communication to the User is registered by Gameskaart.com and cannot be used or communicated or distributed without the specific and written permission of Gameskaart.com.

License and Site Access

• The user has provided wrong, inaccurate, incomplete or incorrect information.
• Your actions may cause any harm, damage or loss to the other Users or Gameskaart.com.
• Illegal and/or unauthorized use of the service, including unauthorized framing of or linking to the Gameskaart.com site will be investigated, and appropriate legal action will be taken, including without limitation, civil, criminal and injunctive redress.

Risk of Loss

All items purchased from Gameskaart.com are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon the delivery to the carrier by the vendor/merchant/affiliate/manufacturer.
